Quality Assurance
We at Rainbow-Pouch are manufacturing professionals, which is why we have a department specializing in quality control to guarantee the quality of the products that we provide. Our quality control and manufacturing departments work in tandem in each and every phase and process, including the melting, forming, inspection and packaging process —together they ensure the quality of the final product.
To maintain the impeccable quality and presentation of Rainbow Pouch's packaging bags and pouches, we take rigorous measures to ensure they meet the highest standards before delivery. We check for common defects such as ruptures, seal failures, abrasion, and pinholes, among others, to avoid any dissatisfaction from our customers.
During daylight inspections, accuracy is gauged through human sensory perception, with a tolerance margin of 0.5mm. This allows us to detect any potential issues like creases, bubbles, scratches, perforations, adhesions, foreign particles, delamination, or soiling, ensuring that each pouch maintains its pristine condition.
Rainbow Pouch is committed to delivering visually appealing packaging bags and pouches, where any defect that undermines their aesthetic appeal is strictly avoided. We are equipped with a wide range of advanced tools, including densitometers and spectrophotometers, to assess the photogenic density and printing quality of our products. The surface tension value serves as the final indicator, determining whether our packaging bags meet the standards necessary to make a strong impression in the real world.
Rainbow Pouch dedicates significant effort to providing customers with packaging bags that meet precise dimensional specifications—thickness, length, and width. These three key properties are meticulously measured to ensure accuracy and consistency.
Several factors can undermine the hard work of our manufacturing team, and one major contributor is the use of subpar materials during production. To prevent this, we pay close attention to the thickness of the materials, as even slight variations can affect mechanical properties and barrier performance, all while carefully controlling costs.
External factors such as temperature, humidity, equipment conditions, and process variables can all influence the integrity of the packaging bag’s film. Additionally, internal factors like molecular crystallization, orientation, and internal stress can leave lasting effects. A dedicated team, under expert supervision, monitors and investigates these influences, finding solutions to ensure our packaging bags are free from any potential defects.
Rainbow Pouch strives to create packaging bags and pouches from pure resin film that works double-duty—protecting your edible items while offering exceptional durability. This film undergoes a journey, developing remarkable physical and mechanical strength to meet the demands of safe packaging. Achieving this requires collaboration with various additives, including plasticizers, stabilizers, antioxidants, fillers, lubricants, and foaming agents, among others. However, an improper combination of these additives can result in packaging that’s unsuitable for food safety.
To ensure the health-conscious integrity of our packaging bags, our team considers it essential to conduct rigorous physical and chemical performance tests. These tests help guarantee that the bags we deliver are not only strong but also safe for storing edible products.
The manufacturing of packaging bags and pouches is a meticulous process, involving a series of carefully executed steps. At Rainbow-Pouch, our focus extends beyond just production; we are committed to packaging our customers’ products in a way that meets global standards. This goal is only achievable through the precise and timely delivery of products, ensuring accuracy across every department under our outgoing inspection process.
Our standard approach to outgoing inspection involves simulating various environmental conditions to test the performance of our packaging bags. By exposing our bags and pouches to a series of carefully selected chemicals for a set duration under controlled temperatures, we can assess their durability and determine the suitability of the product for real-world use.
Humans naturally rely on their senses to assess the quality of packaging bags and pouches. Rainbow -Pouch’s specialized team leads the sensory index inspection, carefully evaluating each aspect to make the best decisions for both the company and its customers.
One intuitive method for evaluating quality is to check for any unusual odors that might emanate from the packaging film. For a more detailed analysis, we conduct a complex test where strips of the packaging film are immersed in a specially prepared liquid for a defined period. This mixture, sealed in a bottle and heated, releases vapors, and the smell of these vapors serves as a key indicator for determining the quality of our standard packaging bags.
Rainbow-Pouch places great emphasis on identifying potential issues that could compromise the quality of our packaging bags, ensuring that our customers receive a safe, reliable product. Solvents are essential components in nearly every stage of the manufacturing process, and if their levels exceed accepted standards, they can have a significant negative impact on the final packaging.
To address this concern, our team employs residual solvent testing, utilizing gas chromatography as the method of choice. This ensures that any residual solvents are within safe limits, safeguarding the integrity of our packaging bags and pouches.
